I stayed for a day in Hyatt Regency, Chennai. The room was fantastic with lot of space. Well maintained. Bathroom was squeaky clean. ( The bathtub needed some work to drain the water). I wanted to take steam bath, but it wasn’t working. The staff in the spa was negligent to inform me that. Room service could’ve been better because they took time to attend the call. That too in the morning which was pretty annoying. Breakfast was good. Overall I would give a 7 on 10.

Poor Service.
Was there for 3 days at the Hyatt Regency. WIFI did not connect in the room. Despite the IT guys and trying to rectify thrice and repeated complains. It was raining heavily and had to buy medicines in the morning. NO umbrella in a so called 5 star hotel.

Good Stay
We had fantastic stay in Hyatt Regency. The 7 types of restaurants is the highlight of the Stay. Especially the Italian fine dining. Room ambience was very very professional. Restaurant prices are relatively costly than other similar hotels

Good Stay
Location wise it is great. just next to VFS Chennai. Lots of options to eat nearby. Amenities are good. Service in general is good, however, it took a really long time to get our luggage sent up post check-in.
