As a hotelier myself, I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at your property. Upon entering the room, I found that the linen had not been changed and the room was not properly cleaned. Only one bottle of water was provided, and when I requested additional bottles for my two-day stay, I was informed that only one bottle is complimentary, which felt quite unreasonable. During breakfast, the options were extremely limited. When I asked for eggs or an omelette, I was told that only the displayed items were available, and anything additional would be chargeable. Furthermore, only one cup of tea was served, and when I requested a refill, I was asked to pay ₹15 extra. Throughout my stay, the room was not cleaned even once, which further added to my dissatisfaction. Considering the poor service standards, lack of hospitality, and overall experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Firstly the room was not properly cleaned. We had booked room for 3 adults , but no extra bed was provided, on request, bed in a shabby condition with many holes was provided whi ch was refused by us, Proper toiletaries were not provided. No proper attendant was there. We had a very bad experience .

The room itself was decent — clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. However, the bathroom was a serious drawback. There was no running water during my stay, which caused a lot of inconvenience. It’s a basic necessity and should be a priority for any accommodation. The issue really affected the overall experience, and I hope the management addresses it soon

amazing experience within my budget stay.clean and spacious rooms which you cant expect in chennai withn 2000/. ver6 helpful staff who even helped me with car wash.parking space was provide. when Orange inn rejected my booking at midnight, they just supported me with all assistance.trust me they won't disappoint you.location too an advantage.

Worst experience and worst hotel ever seen in chennai, taps are not working and management is not at all responsible.

Allotted room for me is not maintained well. Damaged floors and bad o dour toilet. Breakfast is also not good. We had also moved all bikes one by one which are parked in parking area for our vehicle parking. Totally waste of money and not good one.

Stay was okay rooms are old but kept clean food was okay. Easy to commute. No hot water or hot water is just not required in chennai

Ac not at all working properly and the rooms are not clean and i book a room for three people they do not have sufficient beds in the room.

No proper reception and service available the rooms shown in makemytrip applications have amenities like intercom, bathroom with heater, television etc, but actual rooms don't have any such facilities. Rooms are very dirty, bedspreads have a lot of stains and smell very bad. We believe in the makemytrip standard and book room but this kind of room is really disappointing and reduces the confidence level we have in makemytrip.
