Had an awesome stay at Cayzen! The guy at the reception was super helpful and friendly. The bed was really comfy, with clean sheets and soft pillows. Loved the cozy vibe — it’s also a great spot to hang out and meet some amazing people. Definitely coming back next time!

Isn't it unreasonable to give 1 star for not getting a lower bed ? You would have got it if you would have booked it early and that being available.

first thing is , i came to hotel 1hr before checkin time , they waiter was rude and he asked me 300rs extra for early checkin , even when they had lots of empty beds, targeted into money only , next is i booked on f1 and they give bed at g1 , they have me upper bed only , the toilet was not working , no flush , sometimes no water , the location is also bit outskirt , not suitable for people who cares about all this , property is neat🫂
