One of the worst place i have ever stayed in my 30 years of life No proper room service No water

Pros: 1) located in the main area, on the rajiv gandhi it express road. 2)ok for a quick transit or 1 night stay for people travel-ling for business purpose. 3)courteous staff. Cons : 1) old and shanty room with small cockroaches inside the cupboard. 2) no parking space. 3) not recommended for family stay.

Not that great, an average hotel but the price is too high. Location is good. I don’t have photos

Not ordered for food but seen that food was brought from the mess with evidentiary vm foods already this ws know to us and we never ordered

The rooms are neat and good and toilet so clean and hygiene. The only thing that is concerning me is the ac which started do make noise and throning off was also difficult. service was not that much good make me to wait for 30 mins to clean the room. Which should been done the moment they get their bookings.

Good and calm location in kandanchavadi opposite the world trade center. There is a restaurant attached to this hotel which has some delicious hyderabadi food. Hotel rooms and bathroom were clean and they provide complimentary tea every morning by 7:30am and also ro water is provided in jug.

They respond very quickly and politely

Checkin experience was horrible. It is not a hotel, it is a service apartment and they do not have anything expect water. Even toothpaste we have to go out and get it. Had to show and send our marriage photos to receptionist even after submitting all valid documents. Had to pay extra for queen size bed. Bedsheets are called as blankets there.

Had to step out to different hotel during midnight because of power issues and staff were not taking care of it.

The location of the hotel is very good and quite easy to access. It is just opposite of brigade world trade centre, and besides royal enfield showroom. The staff was extremely supportive and helpful. Amazing stay

Clean room, breakfast was available, hotel management was good speak both hindi english and tamil.

No hot water, very poor wife connection, ac remote wasn’t working properly and the times it worked i was unable to even change the cooling setting. Seems they have set the temperature to 25 degree, very poor car parking facility and i was asked twice in the morning to move my car for access to drainage sump, none of the employees were able to communicate in english nor tamil, complete nuisance by the employees every day morning by knocking the door and ringing the bell multiple times to provide tea which i never really asked or requested and even if i shout from inside not to disturb they don’t leave. I have no idea whether they even understand english or tamil. Being located in tamilnadu, chennai none of them were able to communicate two languages. It was not a pleasant stay.

Rooms are very small as compared to price. Bed too small. No proper room service

Room very dirty poor maintenance

We stayed there for 2 days 29 and 30 august 2022. We paid around rs 2200 per night non ac. The room was ok. They get food from outside. It's ok ok hotel. Staff were good.
