If has been 3 days i am staying in this hotel as of now it is going great, the rooms are clean the staff speak english well and it is easier to communicate with the staff, the only issue would be food as for the rate suggested by the hotel it is reasonable rate without food and i understand that we cannot avail everything to its 100% for the rate u are paying. So to simple it i would prefer for a short term stay of 5 to 9 days

I had a wonderful experience at The Loft, Chennai. The place is beautifully maintained, clean, and has a very cozy ambiance. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. Its location is also quite convenient, making it easy to get around the city. Stay charged extra money for the locker, even the locker was way too small. They even told last time there was a theft of around 3lakhs of a customer so they aren't responsible for anything that I loose. They even had the ac off during the day, they told it wasn't for the entire day. Just from 8pm - 8am. And no food was provided. The night room attender/care taker was friendly. I can't rate it more than 3. Even 3 is more just because of the caretakers friendliness i rated it 3.

The caretaker at the front desk was not able to understand English or Hindi. During booking a water bottle was included but after inquiring I was told that nothing is included in the cost. Secondly the fan was right above the stairs to top bunk bed making it so risky to get up or go down. The washrooms were not neat and clean.

The Loft was exactly what I wanted for a short stay in Chennai. The dorm rooms are quiet, well ventilated and have good air conditioner at night. The Bathrooms were very well cleaned and maintained. I was a bit surprised with the extra charges for lockers but they were worth taking. The owner and Attendant were very cordial and tending to all my needs. Will certainly visit again.

It was nyc experience there. Only 2 km from US Consulate and one of the cheapest option in doormetry. But the issue is they only offer AC during night time from 6 PM to morning 6 AM. Else washrooms and rooms are clean. Also they provide locker facility at cost of 100rs extra per locker for your keeping your important items.
