It was a perfect stay, room was clean and the service was top notch. Stay was bit higher in price, but the quality was given with that price.

The room size was small compared to the suite i booked. I requested to make some arrangements in the room but those were not made and i had to remind them after checking in.

It was very small room and i have observed the noises from other room. Mat and sofa was dusty. It was a average stay.

After making a booking of 12800- per night for a normal room, they informed me at the welcome desk that in my booking breakfast is not included. I am really surprised to see such hospitality from marriott group hotels. The food is okay and they are charging something which is not at all proportion to the taste or quantity. The velachery westin was once great, not now.

Had access to the lounge on the top floor. Enjoyed the experience. Rooms & food was also excellent. Wish to stay again in the westin chain again across india.
