first they offer us one part of another room and said every booking is subject to availability..second rooms and bathrooms are in very bad shape..location is so bad , metro construction and lot of traffic noise..no sound proof rooms..bathroom flush and drain not working.no exhaust ...food are very bad

Good room. Food was also fine. They have a multiple restaurant in the premises.

The kettle was full of dust and rust. The toilet was old with stains and rust on the taps. The main issue was the receptionist’s extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour. He kept asking unnecessary personal questions after checking our IDs, gave unpleasant replies and judgemental facial expressions throughout the interaction. When we pointed out that we were given a twin-bed room instead of the double-bed executive room we booked, he argued instead of resolving it politely, saying “double bed means two beds.” No one helped us with our luggage, and we were allotted the topmost corner room without assistance. The receptionist seriously needs training on how to talk to customers, maintain basic professionalism, and improve his English communication skills.

Excellent comfortable stay. Peaceful business hotel. Spacious clean room, variety of restaurants. Amazing location, Close to US consulate, malls and markets. Staff is polite.

The room ambience is fine not so good. Room service is quick. Food choices are limited in the breakfast. Staff are courteous.

We had a great stay in Harrisons. Room was clean and food was really good. It’s located in a hot of the city.

Property needs renovation, door locks broken not replaced. WC closet old , dirty and worn out, taps old and rusted. Otherwise property is centrally located and the lunch is great

Well maintained luxurious stay within budget. TV, mini bar with fridge, Telephone, electric kettle etc available in the room.

The stay was okayish! But the hotel wasn’t maintained well. Very poor maintenance
