U had a dinner meeting with my leaner in terrace and sighed on bills Generally, wheee ver Instayed they will ask to do the payment while check out Here, I was disturbed 5 times and to do the payment before my guest This will be the last time, and I will never stay in this property

Great location, tasty food and excellent rooms. Rooftop swimming pool was nice. However lady at the reception was not prompt in check-in process and made us wait even when no guests were there. Connectivity is good. Will recommend.

Service in restaurant was poor in the mrng breakfast and delayed the serving. Spread was ok. Stay was ok bt room service was bad. To ask for water bottle had to wait for 40 mins and follow up again. Can do much better! So only 3 stars.

Amazing stay at Turyaa Chennai!
Had a really great experience here! The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool had an awesome view — perfect for relaxing. The complimentary breakfast and dinner/lunch had lots of tasty options, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The staff were very polite, friendly, and professional, which made the stay even better. Overall, the hotel is spotless, well-maintained, and offers beautiful views from the rooms. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Chennai — totally worth it!

Recently stayed at turya and wanted to try spa, so with 15 percent discount for people who stays in turya , tried aalasya spa. Very worst experience, pls do not try for yourself. In the middle of my session, the steam just stopped, and all they said was, “You can get the same complimentary next time.” That’s ridiculous and totally unprofessional. I paid for a proper service, not excuses. All you get is excuses and unsatisfactory and unprofessional services. The therapist had long nails and was wearing ornaments on her hands, which isn’t appropriate for a professional session and can easily cause discomfort or scratches. Waste of money.

Great room, everything was so great, only suggestion to improve is bed size can be a bit wider. Width is shorter than most hotels I’ve been. Cleaning is fine but sanitizing would be better at storage places to avoid tiny insects

The room at Turyaa was good and clean. However, the service in the restaurant is awful. They found it difficult to even fulfill even a simple for a cup of coffee, which took a long time to come. Maybe the staff is all untrained.

Descent stay; staff was kind enough to offer an upgrade to suite. Thumbs up on hygiene, however, the furniture might require some repair at minor places. Overall lovely stay, cooperative staff as well.
