The room at Turyaa was good and clean. However, the service in the restaurant is awful. They found it difficult to even fulfill even a simple for a cup of coffee, which took a long time to come. Maybe the staff is all untrained.

Room was good, but no internet for 3 days and front desk confirmed they will inform once the internet is back. It took 3 days for them to figure out

Descent stay; staff was kind enough to offer an upgrade to suite. Thumbs up on hygiene, however, the furniture might require some repair at minor places. Overall lovely stay, cooperative staff as well.

Good Evening I stayed twice in this. My personal experience was superb Fantastic Excellent.... Rooms are so well maintained food was really Awesome & Breakfast was Excellent. I'll definitely come back to Turyaa Chennai in October this year. Had a wonderful stay with this hotel.

Poor Stay
The front desk manager was rude. Food was just average. Cockroach was found on the table in the room. Tiles were damaged in the pool. Powercut caused a sudden jerky drop of the lift for a few seconds.

unpleasant smell
There’s an unpleasant smell in my room. No door bell was working. For extra bed they didn’t give quilt after asking many times.

Wow What an experience!!
I wanted to spend some quality time for myself and had great peaceful stay. And the hotel management from reception to house keeping everything was great. And the terrace access was super duper. I used to exclaim the flight crossing the Sea to the city through the air!! And the swimming pool!!
