Review Of Vivanta Chennai, IT Expressway

It was pleasant stay. Upon request, they changed our room to a better one. Overall hospitality was something I would remember for longer period. All staffs were smiling all the time and dedicated to their works.

The hotel was very pleasant and the rooms were very clean and the hospitality was so good.. Food they can improve a bit more..

Good property, great food. Only con is that - lack of Kids pool. The Gym is well equipped and overall had a pleasant stay.

Room was goood but bathroom was very small and not up to my expectations,not worth for that money given

I had a good experience staying in Vivanta. There was variety of foods available in breakfast and dinner. Staff members were very good and supportive.

One of the worst stays I’ve ever had—especially disappointing from a brand like Vivanta. The reception staff were unprofessional, visibly frustrated with each other, and extremely unwelcoming. The room and corridors had a foul smell that even their own staff couldn’t stand. Room spray was of no help at all. The morning buffet experience was equally unpleasant. The restaurant area was dirty, with spills left unattended, making the place look like a mess. When I pointed it out, the staff reacted with irritation, showed no courtesy, and behaved as though they were doing guests a favor. Overall, this was a shockingly poor experience. I have never encountered such low standards at any hotel before. Truly unacceptable, more so from a hotel that carries the Vivanta name Vivanta – A Name, But No Standards.Worst Hotel Experience

The hotel and the food is good but the thermostat in the room is not user friendly. We tried to reduce the cooling, my dad who has lung issues is not good with cold temperature was finding it hard. The heater in the thermostat was not heating the room, and the room temperature was not giving above 20 degrees. It should be fixed and even ppl who booked rooms along with us faced the same issue

Hotel is under renovation. Due to renovation it's bit noisy in day. Food is good. Ambiance is average

Room cleanliness is good, both dinner and breakfast was worth the money. Good varieties and options were given. The swimming pool was not satisfactory. Chlorinated water, smells.
