Excellent Stay
A good experience for me to stay in the Park Hotel.I booked a room online through Make my trip,and it was easy.The staff of the Park Hotel,Chennai were service minded and gave clear answer for my queries. There was no difficulty to change room for my convenience. The food served was so tasty. We have Complementary breakast and veriety of food served for our choices . Im satisfied with their hospitality,hence I booked again the same Park Hotel for my next week Chennai visit, related to the US Consulate ,so close that can I can see through the The Park Hotel window.

Good Food, Comfortable Rooms, and Helpful Staff
We had a really good stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was excellent with plenty of tasty options to choose from. The staff was very accommodating and provided us with an extra bed, which made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

Average Stay
Cons: A little small room. No coffee table. bathroom plumbing issues causes water to spill over the entire floor. Not properly lit. Pros: Friendly staff. Easy navigation. Hustle-free checkout. Good location. Hotel lobby and common area neat and clean. OK-ish: Breakfast was average. Not enough variety of food in buffet. Overall the hotel did not live up to the expectation. I usually prefer Hotel Renjit which is near by, cheaper and much much better. This time I just wanted a different experience and was disappointed.
