Service is very bad. They won’t treat those who book online well. Especially that lady receptionist; she treated us very badly. Even they didn't provide breakfast or toiletries for MakeMyTrip customers, and the rooms weren't clean either.

We stayed in the king suite with balcony. Please read in opposites.. 1. WiFi was available 2. Room was super clean & without any hair especially in the toilet & on the bed 3. Toilet had toiletries 4. Floor had floor mats 5. Bed was super comfortable 6. Breakfast buffet items were plentiful & was served to us without even we asking

Excellent stay and very good, responsive staff. Had a great time. The nearby Palavakam and Neelangarai beach and the in-house pool are a good timepass. There's Croc Bank and Mahabalipuram not too far from the property. Within the city, this is a good choice!

Had a wonderful 2-day stay in the Standard Suite. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was really nice and relaxing. All the staff were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Kumaran, who assisted us whenever needed — much appreciated! Would definitely recommend this place.

Hotel is good but booking through MMT provides the worst room they have.

Due to booking from MMT, they provide poor room, I was chosen with bathtub for that I paid extra money to MMT but hotel denied to provide room with bathtub as they say that room are more expensive then I booked from MMT. Services of hotel are good, swimming pool are clean.
