Excellent rooms. Restaurant is good, serving good quality food at reasonable price. Had a bad experience with TV set in room. One staff was little unpolite. Otherwise overall it was a great stay!

Excellent Stay
The stay though short was mesmerizing with the ambience and service. the in-dine and the buffet was great with loads of options to choose from along with great taste in every item. Accord, coming back soon for a longer staycation.

Average Stay
I have stayed at Accord on several occasions last 10 years.. This time the experience was not that pleasant. The 20% discount they offer is eyewash. I used their spa and the the total time was 45minutes instead of 1 hour.. The service at their OPM roof top restaurant was extremely disappointing. Poor service and and no one responsible attending to guest's need. Room was kept tidy and all other aspects my stay was comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights since my father was in the ICU at a nearby hospital. The rooms and the service is top notch and the food at their multi cuisine restaurant is great. What stood out for me is the empathy. I was initially booked only for 2 nights, with the hope that my father will get shifted to a ward post that. When that didn’t happen, I requested for an additional day. They were booked out and so were multiple other hotels within that area. They went out of their way to extend my stay. Their manager even called to check on my father. It was a great experience staying here.

The property was good and situated at a good location which was very close to the main T nagar Market. The food was good but the room had the smell of dampness . Hence giving an average rating as I feel the room was feeling stuffy.
