Super Hotel O Chrompet Near Rela Hospital

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. Several hygiene and maintenance issues affected the overall comfort of my stay: The toilets were not clean and seemed to have not been properly maintained before check-in. The bedsheet appeared used and unchanged, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. There was a persistent bad smell in the room that made it uncomfortable to stay for long periods. Mosquitoes were a big problem, and there didn’t seem to be any preventive measures in place. The floor was clearly unclean, with visible dust and dirt in corners. Very poor care, breakfast was also bad, room and toilet cleaning was not clean, no proper answer to any question, no TV, AC not working properly, cockroaches are the only thing in the room...

Everything was very poor. Staff behaviour food hygiene everything was very bad rooms are without any maintenance.

the hotel experience was horrible, as the condition of the hotel infrastructure and maintainence was way below bar, there were cockroaches roaming all around the rooms,bathrooms, plus the rooms were so dirty and the management staff being most worst as they couldn't provide us most of the basic needs, plus the distance between the hotel and hospital shown does match at all, for which I had to face the burden extra travelling expense a lot. I booked the place for two days, but had to check out one day prior to my booking. I even requested for refund but didn't get any response

plz don't recommend this hotel , it was so horrible. , no maitanance , no cleanliness, bed spread was not changed , pillow covers were not changed , worst break fast , no towel , no water bottle,

This hotel was a complete disaster,, from leaking taps and broken fixtures to filthy rooms and missing basic facilities, with zero attention given to cleaning or guest comfort; on top of that, the room was crawling with insects all night, making sleep impossible, and the price charged was totaloff, so travelers should absolutely avoid booking here under any circumstances

The experience is horrible. I felt looted after entering the hotel. The fotos doesn't match the reality. No TV dirty linen. Rooms is infested with cockroach. No response if require anything.One has to physically move down to reception if one needs anything.

Review: My stay at was nothing short of dreadful. The room was filthy, the sheets stained, and the air filled with a damp, unpleasant odor. Basic facilities like Wi-Fi and hot water were either broken or nonexistent. Staff were unhelpful, slow, and seemed indifferent to repeated complaints. I left early and booked another hotel just to escape the unhygienic conditions. I would strongly advise avoiding this property entirely until serious improvements are made. The hotel manager was extremely room . They hadn't changed the bedsheets and didn't have them ready when we asked . Also their were cigarette butts in the washroom and the whole room was reeking with a room freshner . Families to avoid at all costs ..

The staff may be friendly but overall the rooms are dirty and unhygienic,they never came after multiple requests for cleaning the room and taking away the trash bin . plus the bedsheets and pillows are dirty and we had to buy our own pillow cover for the stay . Maintenance is very bad .

Immediately upon opening the room, within 5 minutes I handed over the room key to the reception and called MMT and quit the place. Then immediately we have checked into another hotel. I have sent hotel photos etc. For the last two days I spoke and sent repeated emails to MMT and waiting for refund of rent paid for 3 days in advance. please refund my rent immediately The room was very very dirty and wash room was terrible to say the least. worst Hotel, toilets was very dirty, no Tiles in toilet, no room service, no drinking water facility, no geyser for hot water, after chech in service boy demanding extra charges, Over all very bad Hotel, I never recommed this Hotel to stay. I have never seen such worst worst Hotel.

We were completely dissatisfied with our stay. While the staff were friendly and did their best to assist us, the room itself was far from acceptable. The bathroom was in particularly poor condition—the washbasin didn’t work, and the window glass was broken, allowing guests from the neighboring room to see inside. Although there was a TV, it wasn’t functioning, and while the AC was decent, the bedsheets and pillows had a bad odor, even after being changed multiple times. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

The room was not cleaned, bedsheets were not changed,AC was not working. Used Cigarette were thrown at windows, cockroaches were there in the bathroom and in the room. Although past review are given positive but all are fake . The picture shown in the website and actual real rooms are totally different

pls dont go this hotel.hotel not lok like what they put in the profile.and very worst service location is very bad .its not near reela hospital very far from real hospital and dirty room .pls don't book anybody
