AC un rooms don't work, there are cockroaches in the room. very poorly maintained. Please avoid at any cost even if you get free stay.

Cleanliness to be improved

No hot water, no cleanness, missed my jocket but saying not available in room

Receptionist was rude. Essential like towels and tissues were not available. Rooms had a bad odour.

I have seen bed bucks in the room when i ask for hotel people's they told to keep the ac and fan on to avoid the bed bucks come near. Also see cockroach it was my worst stay ever

Room are not good, bad smell and cockroach are wondering in bed room even wardrobe also very bad smell.

Poor service. Need to call 3 times to get a water bottle. Cockroaches in the room which is horrible. No security support. No parking guidance. You will do it by yourselves and end up moving your car manytimes here and there in the mid of the night.

It's ok for one day stay not maintaining hygiene in the room, the bathroom is not clean, and the receptionist does not work properly in the detailing room. For me 1st detailed used room. Then they given new room.

full insects in the room no water for drinking at night and no service no one picks call and response for any request very bad management breakfast food not good all items were cold and no person was there to attained in the break fast time very bad experience of my life

Room hygiene - very poor, behavior of staff - horrible. For activating tv one has to keep on reminding reception team if one should be lucky enough to get activation before vacating the room. No restaurent. Politeness/hospitablity - unknown to the staff of the hotel.

Most of the amenities which you had mentioned were missing, bathrooms were not clean, spray gun was not working. Luckily we didn't include breakfast, lunch & dinner, kitchen is not hygienic at all

So sorry to tell, not at all good to stay. Very poor in cleanliness, no hospitality. Over all not satisfied.

Simple and comfortable stay. Closer to airport helped to stay for shorter time to pass the transit duration. AC was good, local TV channels were available. Only thing to improve is the bathroom hygiene and insect free..

Very worst experience, no cleanness, very strong smoking smell while entering room, stained floor, totally waste of money

No proper ac and hotel is with foul smell near the lift. And see lot of cockroaches in staying room. No proper toilet tidyness and exhaust is not working properly. Overall not satisfied with the stay.

Good service. Room is clean and excellent maintenance. Easy approach travel facilities. Excellent atmosphere.

Cleanliness, no phones, toilet is not up to the mark, no proper water flow

Stay is good but renovation is going on hence little disturbance and dust
