We checked-in 27th Aug and checked-out 28th Aug , we checked-in late . Front Desk Staff need to be more hospitable and customer facilitating , two occasions where we felt Front Desk Staff could be more accommodating
1. Insisting on Identity of school going kids , Front Desk staff should be more accommodating here rather than making a mandatory approach to provide one and delaying Check-in , Front Desk should be more accommodative here
2. As we checked-in late evening , we had requested for 2:00 PM Check-out next day which the hotel team had accommodated ,we had requested for 3:00 PM as we were running late on our planned scheduled and asked for 3:00 PM Check Out instead which the Front Desk Staff should be more accommodating here rather than again making a mandatory approach to Check Out at 2:00 PM
These Customer experiences make one think twice if I have to rebook again at the same place.
Pros : Ambience , Food , House , Gate Keeping and Restaurant Staffs
Cons : Front Desk Staff needs a drastic overhaul in their approach to be more customer facilitating
