The hotel was amazing and their hospitality was so good, rooms are so spacious and pretty clean, totally satisfied

Raintree has become one of my favourite haunts. As usual enjoyed the stay. Seems they are celebrating 20 years of excellence. Wishes and appreciations.

This hotel staff are trained to lie to customer , then even focus on how to deprive customer of breakfast . They charge for breakfast but don’t want to provide . When you complain Front office manager will call you to say that they have scolded their staff but can’t do beyond that . I don’t advise any one to stay in this hotel

The room and food was very good. Very friendly staff. The arrangement for driver also had improved from last stay.

it's definitely a great place to stay in Chennai. this is my second time staying there. its a cozy place with nice staff and good food. I recommend this. I will always prefer to stay at Raintree whenever I go to Chennai.

Fine place. Special mention about the receptionist Saumyadeep. Ever willing to help and with a smile. Breakfast buffet spread is good. In room dining experience was average. Wait time was longer. Limited menu. The 7th floor bar was very small. Took minutes to get served. Bar staff needs to be trained well. Apart from these, everything else was a remarkable. Would visit soon

Whatever extra compliments offered through MMT were denied by Raintree. Why mention them in the first place? Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Location is good. Food needs improvement in terms of consistency in quality and quantity. Rooms are clean and spacious. Reception personnel frequently changes and needs more experienced.

Good room and good breakfast. Just a couple of minor complaints - the espresso machine was not working and the water pressure in the bathroom was low. But a good stay regardless.

I love this property and every time I am in Chennai would love to stay here. Great location, slightly off from the busy main road. But there is always a strong breeze when you come out and walk in the porch area. Food is great ably supported by the courtesy of the staff. Would recommend for everyone who like a place for your own self with all modern day amenities

The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable. But the service has gone down a little. I ordered something through room service , which didn’t come at all.

The food was very good and the breakfast spread was amazing. The rooms were well lit and neat and clean.

Everything was excellent, location is very nice.I asked for GST bill, they provided. Staffs were very cordial.

Wonderful property with 3 lovely restaurants serving delicious cuisines. The staff is also very warm and sincere. The rooms and amenities are outstanding too. The roof top dining area is a must visit

It was business trip and had previously stayed the staff is friendly and breakfast ie well spread .If you can afford the prices then best Hotel to stay .Location is good and evening u can enjoy a the roof top bar
