They did not clean the room for five days. They didn't change the bedsheet and pillows for five days. There are cockroaches in the room. Not even given water for drinking. The first day the taps in the bathroom are not functioning, after repeated requests they repaired them. This is my feedback.

The fan in the hotel is not working properly. The washroom is not clean and water is not coming. The bed sheet is bad for sleeping. It is very dark in the room, none of the lights is working properly, the room is also completely dirty, there is no pillow, there is nothing to sleep in the room. Even when the room is vacant, they do not give the room for an hour, they only give it for the full night.

Worst hotel i ever seen. Bed was so bad, not at all clean premises, not bedsheet provided, staff was rude.

The place is completely opp than what they have shown in pics, worst experience ever no cleanliness looks like a very old building

The room was extremely dirty. it was nothing like what was shown in the picture. No wifi was available. The owner/caretaker was rude. I booked the place for 3 nights, could not even spend a single night, forget about the night I checked out after one hour of checking in.

Good maintenance and comfortable rooms with working tv. Rare to get it at this rate that too this close to Chennai Central.

No cleaning, no hot water, not proper ambience

The best thing is the property's location literally a 5 min walk from Chennai Central. Another good thing that i found was free water purifier service. The major issue here is hygiene as i found a couple of insects in the bathroom

very bad experience, the hotel staff had very bad behaviour.no regular cleaning,rooms remaining dirty, towel , bedsheet is not changed.breakfast is given after 10 times repetitive request.washroom is not cleaned.MMT took a little care about these complaints (they are interested in booking and buisness only). what a bad quality of service! totally harassment!

in my boking my breakfast is included but in reception they told me this is only for advertising for get more customer. when I call make my trip they also not help me out

it was the worst experience that I ever had till now not a dustbin was there inside or outside of the room. No cleaning services of the room were provided. The bathroom was so dirty. i
