No proper response even after asking many time they didn't give soap, blanket, no cleaning, no hot water. 3. The location is very convenient. Just walking distance from Chennai Central Railway Station. Room service is very poor. there is no intercom or bell inside the room to contact reception. The rooms are full of cockroaches.
