My stay was truly amazing. The ambiance is pleasant, the rooms are kept clean, and the hospitality along with the room service is outstanding. The food was exceptional as well. Overall, I rate it 5 out of 5

Excellent accommodation facilities and awesome staff from cleaning to reception. Great amenities, good food, although buffet could have had better varieties. Overall an Excellent stay.

Very Good Hotel. Good Location. Clean room. Good Food. Friendly Staff. Very near to Prime Attractions. Hard Rock Cafe is in same building which is an added advantage.

We got room whose AC was not clean and it was not cooling the room as it should even the temperature was 10. Room temperature never dropped below 23. In photos it shows that it has bathtub but in real there was none. Staff was good . Food quality was average.

It was really good and rooms were clean and the breakfast was great and healthier (the best way to start the day) on whole everything was good.

The property is situated at a very good location, food was very good at an affordable price, service was too good and the rooms are excellent.

The location is convenient, making it easy to reach nearby attractions. The food was also tasty and freshly prepared. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience – highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.

Got the hotel details through MakeMyTrip .. excellent room services such cleaning, necessary provisions of good quality.. Breakfast preparation is very taste and the services by the Staff at dining is excellent and very supportive... Hospitality by the desk is excellent... swimming pool and gym are enjoyable... if kids play is provided.. it will be more family stay with kids... I am highly recommending this hotel for family stay.. Thanq

The staff of the hotel are very courteous. Clean spacious room. Food is also very good and a wide range of items were available in breakfast.

Staff should be more engaging.I feel cost for the services provided is high.

Location was good but the service was pathetic , to get us cutleries it took nearly 25 mins to and they gave use & throw spoons & fork (how pathetic) AC was not at all working , I am not going here again and not worth for even Rs.3000

Very clean hotel with nice interiors. The room was very comfortable and good breakfast spread. Just stayed for a day and felt nice overall, kids loved it too!

Location is very accessible, in the heart of the city. The buffet breakfast had a good spread with unique items like thanjai sambar. Front office and other staff were very friendly and responsive.

I booked this hotel for a business trip to Chennai. Spacious room and nice ambience. All the amenities were in good order. Food was good and the service time was little more but they delivered in the committed time. Good Stay.
