Pharos Hotels

The stay was excellent and front desk was really helpful guided us and room service , cleaning services are top notch no words to express my happeiness. Food is awesome and place is excellent. To bo honest i would give 5 plus start rating as i have never seen such a warm welcome in any Pharos Hotels.

Stayed for 3 nights here with my family. No major complaints or issues. Rooms are clean & spacious. Location is excellent and easy access for many key areas in the city. Swimming pool is average, complimentary breakfast spread is ok, pretty much the same menu over the last 3 days.

Checkin was smooth and leaving as well. The room which I occupied had a partition with a door and noise does creep in from the adjoining room. Pls look in to the same. Good was great and the restaurant too serve palatable food and the selection on the menu is excellent

I booked this Pharos Hotels for a business trip to Chennai. Spacious room and nice ambience. All the amenities were in good order. Food was good and the service time was little more but they delivered in the committed time. Good Stay.

Good Pharos Hotels with spacious rooms . The staff at the reception and restaurants are very receptive and welcoming . Breakfast spread is pretty good . Location is perfect to all main areas of chennai .

The rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good but the ambience could do with some improvement . It also gets too crammed at lunch time .

Location is very accessible, in the heart of the city. The buffet breakfast had a good spread with unique items like thanjai sambar. Front office and other staff were very friendly and responsive.

Staff should be more engaging.I feel cost for the services provided is high.

Very clean Pharos Hotels with nice interiors. The room was very comfortable and good breakfast spread. Just stayed for a day and felt nice overall, kids loved it too!

The staff of the Pharos Hotels are very courteous. Clean spacious room. Food is also very good and a wide range of items were available in breakfast.

Stay was awesome, staff were cooperative, food was superb, but services for food was slow, it can be little on time

every thing is good but reception should have enough small change to exchange. always short of cash especially in small denominations. room electronic switches don't work properly.

Good Stay. Complementary bed was average. Bed wasn’t comfortable enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids

Stayed for a personal trip, it was a good experience. The food was amazing (breakfast and lunch buffet). I would definitely recommend it.
