It was really good and rooms were clean and the breakfast was great and healthier (the best way to start the day) on whole everything was good.

The property is situated at a very good location, food was very good at an affordable price, service was too good and the rooms are excellent.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pharos! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is convenient, making it easy to reach nearby attractions. The food was also tasty and freshly prepared. Breakfast preparation is very taste and the services by the Staff at dining is excellent and very supportive... Hospitality by the desk is excellent... swimming pool and gym are enjoyable... if kids play is provided.. it will be more family stay with kids... I am highly recommending this hotel for family stay.. Thanq

The staff of the hotel are very courteous. Clean spacious room. Food is also very good and a wide range of items were available in breakfast.

Location was good but the service was pathetic , to get us cutleries it took nearly 25 mins to and they gave use & throw spoons & fork (how pathetic) AC was not at all working , I am not going here again and not worth for even Rs.3000

Location is very accessible, in the heart of the city. The buffet breakfast had a good spread with unique items like thanjai sambar. Front office and other staff were very friendly and responsive.

I booked this hotel for a business trip to Chennai. Spacious room and nice ambience. All the amenities were in good order. Food was good and the service time was little more but they delivered in the committed time. Good Stay.

Stayed for 3 nights here with my family. No major complaints or issues. Rooms are clean & spacious. Location is excellent and easy access for many key areas in the city. Swimming pool is average, complimentary breakfast spread is ok, pretty much the same menu over the last 3 days.

Good Stay. Complementary bed was average. Bed wasn’t comfortable enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids

The hotel room has mosquito problems and bed bugs. It spoils the sleep and stay.

The stay was excellent and front desk was really helpful guided us and room service , cleaning services are top notch no words to express my happeiness. Food is awesome and place is excellent. To bo honest i would give 5 plus start rating as i have never seen such a warm welcome in any hotel.
