Very good place you can feel peaceful stay. Rooms were very clean & hygiene; Staff was very friendly and helped a lot for early breakfast and auto booking. Overall, it was a pleasent stay recommended for Budget family hotel in Mogappair area. One small suggestion from my end to add some more items in morning breakfast menu

for short stay it's good

rooms were very good neat and had facilities such as kettle , instant drink sachets, tv , airconditioner and hair dryer and hygienic toilet. early morning while ordering coffee the guy rudely replied stating he only know Hindi though we used simple language as "two coffees. there is no car parking facility. otherwise good stay .

Poor Management by the hotel and Makemytrip

Didnt give any prior notice to changing the room to another hotel which was very far. Guests were asked to go the new hotel upon arrival

breakfast in idly some smell is coming. by mistake I forgot my one Addidas tshirt in this property.same day I spoke to their coustomer Care and he gave me property no I spoke to one of their representative he said me that tshirt is there I said me with in 3 days I will come and take the tshirt. now once I reached their to take my tshirt they are give some excuse and used it put some red colour on that make it wet . I don't know if they don't want to give they told me that days only. they are telling nothing will happen u do what ever you want it's ur problem

It is difficult to find the hotel google map showing the wrong location and even the neighborhood doesn't know about this hotel there is no contact number at the mmt there is a number given but it directly goes to customer care and no one answers always telling "our executive is busy with other customers" one thing i have noticed is that the room i have stayed in cannot be locked from inside. Only the door knob can be locked which can be easily opened with a spare key from outside.

The hotel was good, clean, comforting, in a good area, and the staff was also good which made me feel safe. The only thing is they should provide water bottles and tea/coffee in the mornings or keep enough tea/coffee, sugar, milk powder packets in the room. They also did not provide towels, and toilet papers.
