The room was unpleasant, it smelled of cigarettes, the elevator didn't work, the staff was rude, the street it was on was a complete dump. The hotel has a cozy lobby, but that's where good experience ends.

The location is very inconvenient. Ongoing construction work makes it difficult to access, the lift is not functioning, and cabs cannot reach the premises.

Value for money booking thru MMT booking. Property incharge is helpful guy and he rectified issues on time. I stayed for 3 days and experienced on 1st floor rooms are comfortable than 2nd floor rooms. Toiletries and coffee tea amenities are complete . Air conditioning and TV are proper working condition. Location of the hotel is easy access to Mount road and nearby area . For cab booking only auto can come to the property bcoz of access road is narrow . Rest all fine
