I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The rooms were much smaller than looks in the pictures and didn’t feel premium at all. They were not well-maintained, with dusty blankets and pillows. The bathroom taps were broken and unclean, which made the stay uncomfortable. The staff was also unhelpful and rude, especially at night. When I requested cutlery for dinner, they refused to provide it, which was very unprofessional. Overall, the place needs better maintenance and improved hospitality. I would not recommend it unless these issues are addressed. I checked out a day early.

there is tv but small inconvenience and bathroom shower tap as not workingamd also small room ,ac gets slower slower cooling! bad experience with this !

TV had no connection. Bathroom pipe was broken. Paint was removed from wall. Poor service.

very poorly maintained rooms! it’s on the 2nd floor just above the bar and so it was so noisy till 12 midnight!

Room was very small and the tap was not working properly. We were 1hour 30 mins early for the check in and they asked us to pay 450 for early check in... I never experienced like this in other hotels I stayed before.. what is that 450 ? They were only 2 people who checked in that day. ... I would never stay in the hotel again. So disappointing

Hotel dont have enough space in the rooms,food i have not eated there.

The hotel was shifted to fab-express pas residency. The booking included complimentary breakfast but no breakfast was provided. The bedsheets were torn. The ac and fan had no regulator.

Worst car parking receptionist very worst and not response and car parking not help for me bar is full night time two wheeler ac-cross parking restroom light is shutdown ac not working door not lock and no safety for us i kindly not recommended this hotel for family stay 3 night i stay but very very worst experience so i not recommended

The stay was good and the staff's behaviour was also nice. They provided water and plates whenever needed. Overall a budget friendly stay.

Poor maintenance. The service was really poor. No basic amenities provided. Water was not provided. Bedsheets and pillows were completely dirty. Smoke smells were coming whole stay. Waals werw completely wet and wall paint is coming out.

No maintenance. please don’t book this hotel. All taps and showers were rusted. No towels were provided.

Ok for staying, room is small, no food, no basic complimentary amenities given. No hot water facilities.

The room is clean and comfortable then bathroom also very cleaned and room as more comfortable and safe
