I was quite disappointed with my stay. Room service was poor, and the washroom was not cleaned properly. The room size was very small, and there was an unpleasant smell due to lack of cleaning. Basic amenities like toilet paper were missing, and the closet and bucket were not properly cleaned. On top of that, the lift was not working properly most of the time, which made the experience even more inconvenient

Overall, it was a good stay. However, the room needed better cleaning. There was a foul smell coming from the wooden almirah, which made the room feel unpleasant. Apart from that, everything else was good.

Good location , small rooms though but clear. Accessible to all nearby shops malls. Staffs are responsive

Location is central and good, nearby shops, temples, hospitals, etc. Room cleanliness was good .

Exceptional Stay at FabExpress Rithun Residency! It was a pleasure for me to stay at FabExpress Rithun Residency, Bangalore. From the beginning, the on-hand support staff went out of their way to help me with checking in. Everything about the room was remarkable, from the cleanliness, maintenance of the room, to having all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel is centrally positioned which serves to the needs of business and leisure travelers. The ambience is serene and bedding is also very comfortable which guarantees rest during the night. The housekeeping team did a great job in keeping the rooms spotless and welcoming. Above all I appreciated the excellent service which stood out the most – staff was always willing to help with anything that they could. The hotel is quite affordable and I would suggest it to anyone traveling to Bangalore. I on the other hand, can’t wait until I get the chance to stay there again.

We booked a deluxe room but the property provided a normal room, their tv was not working.

In washroom tapes are not working, over worst experience, next i got shifted to another hotel. I checked out day before yesterday,

1 Terrible…..we have to leave the hotel same day night…..pictures shown on site are misleading…..everything was scary and frightening…..pls refund our charges as soon as possible as we have to again spent in other hotel.

The bed had stains, don’t know what they were but looked weird. Too much noise from outside pillows were dirty. Bed had hair on it

Bathroom was not washed. Wi-fi was not working they only had modems. Mobile network was very poor and you don’t get mobile internet there because of poor network. It’s better not to book in this. Instead book fab hotel grok comforts nearby which is just 500mts away from this hotel.
