room - excellent service - ok as the service staff did not know yet a few things to do food - not ambient but good food. However, they went out of the way to accommodate my request

New property, neat and rooms, good service, clean rooms and overall good experience. Food I didn’t so can’t really comment on it.

The rooms weren't clean and the furnitures had a layer of dust on them. The room service is pathetic and the reception doesn't respond to requests. Had to call them multiple times. Need to take seperate vouchers each day to get connected to wifi for individual person.

Welcoming and walkable distance from metro, easily accessible and there are many shops from good food to good shopping places.

Rooms are excellent and the location is good near to metro and business offices, food is also good

I have not stay this hotal due to flight cancel and i have inform hotal please cancel my booking and return my money. But not agree.

It was a good hotel and the proximity of the area is nice to roam around the city. Breakfast is necessity of any traveler it is missing in the hotel.

Rooms are very old type. And for the paid amount it is not upto worthfull i felt.

1. You have to buy water bottle with additional price from mrp, 2. Internet is useless 3. At check out time manager behaviour is not acceptable.

We were totally disappointed because of the quality of the stay, totally uncleaned toilets & specially arrogance of the receptionist person while our check in process at late night. We haven't clicked any images

Disgusting room some construction work sound , no drinking water ,and charged extra money for 11am check in ..waste of time money peace….

For early ch k in 520 rs charged extra. In roon lightings are very dim and not even able to read news paper.

Hotel premises and the rooms are spacious, however the breakfast is not available in restaurant in the morning. You have to go out and have breakfast. Majority of the food items are non veg.

Firstly the rooms were decent. Cleanliness could have been a bit better. The staff is excellent. I locked myself out mistakenly at midnight, yet they were cordial enough to help me out. Overall a great place to stay.
