Facilities in the hotel are not good. No phone in the room to order food or call reception. Rooms r clean but the blankets n towels r not good n clean. They dont have proper supply of food. They dont have items mentioned in their menu. Whenever we ask for something the staff is not even courteous. Worst manager sitting in reception. One old guy who dont even know how to talk properly to their customers.

The location of the hotel is nice, access to many shops nearby. The hotel building itself seems old, and for some reason they don't serve any South Indian food at the restaurant. The management can improve on the building and room quality, and get rid of cockroaches in the premises. Ok for a 1 night stay, but its expensive for the quality of the room.

Staff are very friendly. They dint even charge me for early check-in. Hotel rooms are bit old fashioned but well maintained. Food is good. It’s good hotel in & around jayanagar 9th block

In room main door lock is repair in bath room no hanger to hang the towel in bath room some one take shower from main room we can see it is seethrough when i asked the concern person he told that they are waiting for the qutation to do the work they are taking more money from coustmer but very bad experince

I had a very bad experience - the top 5 bads: 1) dirty bedsheet & blankets 2) cockroaches allover bathroom 3) absolutely no hot water 4) no ac, room changed, no remote for the ac 5) unpolite staff absolutely no value for the money. The facility is very old, not upgraded. The behaviour of the staff is as if there is no other hotel in the town, and we have left with no options!

There was no proper hot water available for a bath as they have restricted timings. Not informed at time of booking. Tv channels not working. Room service needs to improve.

Have come for rt o related work. This hotel is located in prime locations. And near to all prime destinations. The rooms were good. Hot water for bath starts early morning from 5:30 am during night the water is not that warm. Beds are comfortable. Room has cupboards. The only problem was there were no hooks in bathroom to place towels or clothes. The light in the room were yellow colour would need good to have tubelight instead. Room service were good. Staff are friendly and polite. Hotel has it's own food facility. Breakfast is free and good. There are many restaurant nearby and also mac donald for kids. Overall a good experience.

Property location excellent it's just opposite to manipal hospital, i stayed there because my wife admitted in the manipal hospital tariff is little higher while comparing with amenities if it's reasonable than people will stay more than a day i asked for 4 days but it's too expensive

The location is great. However the management and staff are very slow to resolve any query. I need to call them at-least 2-3 times to resolve problem. The breakfast is same for all days that is boring. I have to remind them for room cleaning also. They have king size bed but no double bedsheets. Electrical wiring is very old. Plugs not working. All lights are yellow lights which make you feel low. No hangers in bathroom. No tissue and toilet papers.

Decent hotel for family and friends to stay at jp nagar, bangalore, clean room and beddings, breakfast is nice

The stay was pleasant, the complimentary breakfast was good. Overall the service was too good.

No wifi in room no lock in toilet under renovation donot change sheets for 2-3 days. Kitchen not functional. Unhelpful staff. Better to donate the money than stay in this hotel.
