Dear Mr Shravan Kumar, We would like to inform the timely pest control does take place, we regret that the alcohol service is not available at our property and neither is allowed at the rooftop. breakfast is available only till 10.30 am. we regret that post 10.30 am breakfast is not available. However we appreciate the review and shall work towards in improving in future.

groupRooms are badly maintained. Leaking taps. Dirty curtains. Dirty towels. Not a friendly staff. The basic amenities are not provided with the room like towels and water bottles. We need to call them for everything.

The staff over the counter allowed us to check in, only after our temperature check and hand sanitization. Our stay was nice, as rooms were clean and spacious. Staff is helpful. Only thing is that you have to order your breakfast from outside, and they will serve you. Not much options available. You may have to ask them for starting hot water and ac. But, service is prompt.

Well The microwave and tv were not working properly in my room, but that did not upset me because I did not really require their use. Leave that aside The room and bathroom were clean and hygienic and The Hotel staff were pretty amicable.

Dear sir, the washroom is completely polished white marble and a complete service was done 15 days back, there are 2 taps one for cold and the other for hot, hot water boiler is automatized with solar and electricity. If you did not know about the control of it call to reception, we would have assisted about it which would help us in serving you better. We are situated right opposite to botanical garden Lalbagh if you keep the windows open and expect mosquitoes not to come inside your room! Is this possible? However, a mosquito repellent is always available there inside the room. Request you kindly think before just commenting. Thanks for choosing our hotel.
