This is my experience

I did not stay here, No Car parking , it was worst condition, bad smell, bathroom lock was not there, bathroom is like public toilet.

very bad experience no water,no service nothing...I didn't sleep also...i thought that make my trip provide good rooms and all but you provided very bad room ..no one can stay in that room...horrible ...please refund the amount also because I took another room next day morning to fresh up

There was no lock for bath room from inside, the room is full of mosquitos, there is no clean blankets, bed sheets and pillows. Please note : the room had bed bugs. I had never thought that I will be having such a worst experience booking

all good but washroom and bedsheet are not good enough pricing wise we compromised 6days we paid around 3.8k

When we went to the room there were bed bugs rooms were not clean and pillow covere were dirty the bed was split into two and more over there was no hot water facility a terrible experience

The hotels bed is full of black bugs even after telling them they are not looking further into it.

Fan was not working water leakage in washroom, ac was not working and room was very dirty terrible experience

Dear hotel management, i am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service i experienced during my recent stay at your hotel from 12. 09. 24 to 13. 09. 2024. While i had chosen your establishment expecting a comfortable and pleasant stay, i was unfortunately disappointed by several issues that impacted my experience. 1. Room cleanliness: upon arrival, i noticed that the room was not adequately cleaned. The bathroom had signs of poor maintenance, with unclean towels and leftover toiletries from the previous guest. The bed linens also appeared unchanged, which was unacceptable. 3. Maintenance issues: the air conditioning in my room was malfunctioning, making the room uncomfortably hot. Despite reporting this to the front desk, no action was taken, and i had to endure the inconvenience throughout my stay.

This is the cheapest property in bangalore. The windows are not clean. The bed is not clean. The bathroom doesn't has any soap or shampoo. But there is chair and table in the room. Ac was not working in our room.

This hotel is the cheapest hotel in all of bangalore. They don't even give any soap to wash your hands, no shampoo nothing.

The stay check in was smooth the parking was worst and then we checked in the room was very old and rusty with broken furniture with dirty bed sheets and blankets cockroaches roaming around everywhere on bed too the lighting’s weren’t proper the tv was broken and the bathroom had all kind of leakages in it after seeing this we immediately asked for room change and he gave worst room than this after demanding for another room change he denied telling all the rooms are same unhygienic after telling him so much i asked for atleast a clean bed sheet he shouted on me saying that bed sheets all are for wash and it will come at 4 if u want clean bed sheets come at 4.

Horrible place. Vacated in ten minutes. Asked them to refund but they refused. Mmt should check the property before listing them on your portal.

Plzz don’t ever stay there. It’s a nightmare. Pathetic. Staff was sad, zero hygiene. There are bed bugs, no ac fan not working. Unwashed bedsheets & stained. Rooms dirty with cobwebs. Bathroom stinking like a drain pipe.

The quality of the property is very bad. No parking facility, dirty bathroom, dirty bed, ac is working properly.

This is very cheap lodge don’t book very dirty smells coming from room am booked but not check in to see there condition

Had a fantastic stay! everything was wonderful. Great place to stay.
