It was a pathetic stay

I cant even express my feelings, it was a terrible experience for my entire life. For the breakfast I had while booking the room I felt that, I am a beggar to had food from the restaurant without paying money even though I had paid for the breakfast while booking the hotel. The owner of the restaurant told me that, I need to bring a slip or token for the food from the hotel. No one had informed me about the token while entering the hotel or just before I went for the breakfast. No notification even on the lobby. Next about cleanliness Especially toilet was not clean. Bed sheets, trowel and pillow covers were dirty. Not recommended for anyone.
