Wonderful experience staying at emerald inn . We were provided with all facilities. The staffs were so humble and helpful. He helped me finding best food spots for dining. Over all nice stay. Keep going

The Hotel room and hospitality was great and good location near railway station and good staff behaviour it's excellent 👌 but the room was smell of tobacco smoke it's totally irritating

I had one night stay at emerald inn. hotel room was clean and tidy . Had a comfortable stay and was very near from railway station

The location was easily accessible, being close to both the metro and railway lines. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering a pleasant view. The service was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

Location is good, 200 meters from ernakulam town, everything is nearby only, room was good and clean

location is good and easy to find. Room was not so good as expected. Linen and towels look like used, but staff has given extra linen when asked to provide. Amenities were less when compared to other properties with almost same cost. Cleanliness of the property is average, especially bathroom faucets shower head etc. Also as usual in Kochi, Misquitoes are everywhere. Staff is very helpful

Stay at the hotel was pre booked for one night. The boys at the reception in charge was soft and polite. The room 101 was new and was clean and was in ground floor. However there was no hot water service. They also could have provided floor mats near the bed and a charging slot near the bed table. Anyway i could easily give 4 out of 5. There is no wheel chair access to the hotel and no restaurant as well.

Had a great stay at emerald inn. Worth the price. Room was clean and well maintained. Location is accessible. Reception staff were very kind and helpful. I would recommend this if you are looking for an affordable and great stay. Rooms were the same as in the photos published

Room is very small. Good for a couple but too small for three. Charged extra for a small mattress on the floor even after charging for three adults. Some noise from train station being very close.
