"i had an outstanding stay at hilite inn! from the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and i was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service throughout my visit. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities i could ask for, including a cozy bed and a stunning view. The Hilite Inn’s attention to detail truly impressed me, from the modern decor to the thoughtful touches that made my stay feel special. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless, and i appreciated the high standards of cleanliness and comfort.

The reception guy was so friendly. Room was very nice and clean. I really like the way they gave the room for us. It was fast and secure. They kept water bottles and gave a good service. Room was really good. The a/c was also working properly we had television as well in the room.

We had a good stay, but the bathroom could be better maintained. Otherwise, everything was fine and we were expecting some amenities like minibar and dental kit as mentioned on the website, but they were not provided. Location was good

Roms are clean and spacious. Staffs are very cordial. Location wise it is almost heat of the city but no attached restaurant. But we take our dinner from lunch box which is just opposite to it and they have a. Good food quality.

Nearest to ernakulam town station, near by metro station. no issues with commutation. stay is good, food service not available but we can order through online platform.

The location was slightly interior and the road to the property was narrow also. Minimum amenities were provided by the Hilite Inn. Only one bath towel for two of us.

Its good and clean, wifi available, ac available, one water bottle, shampoo soap, tv, towel with in cheap rate
