we booked showed neat and spacious room for 500 . by the time we checked in they gave us a worst of worst room . and said if you want upgrade pay extra 600 per day. we had no option .🤐😵😭

Hi i was made to pay extra rs 450 by the hotel as they said room booked in my category is not available kindly reimburse the extra amount paid by me as discussed over the complaint call also the rooms are terrible. I couldn't check at some other hotel as it was raining heavily. Hope mm t severe tie up with these substandard people

Everything ! The place is horrendous and disgusting… I’m surprised they even have a business .. Room was dirty. Bed wasn’t clean there was dirty bedsheet on the bed . Floor was beyond filthy. The toilet was so dirty,flush was not working.I believe the only thing they did in the room was sprayed a room freshner before I get the room for avoiding the smoky and bad smell in there.DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY BY BOOKING THIS HOTEL.
