Park Central

Needs improvement in the overall service and hygiene. Could not serve coffee at 7am, hotel said its available from 7.30am. Room service number doesnt work, we were asked to call mobile no of the concerned person....didnt expect this.

My stay at Park Central was truly memorable. The staff went above and beyond, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious highlights.

Very near to highway, ample parking space. food was really nice. staff were very polite and respectful.

Everything about the stay was good except for the fact that the hotel won’t provide you more than 500 mL of drinking water a day. If a doctor like me doesn’t point this out, nobody else will. The least they could have done is given me normal water (instead of bottled mineral water)

Room was nice and clean. Room service was prompt though charged each time for using it. Breakfast was simple but delicious.

had a 2 night stay in this hotel. it was a pleasant stay over here. starting from check in in the late night was also made easy. food was also good I totally enjoyed the stay over here

Bad quality of water. Brown color water. AC not working. Bad smell in room.

Service is good. That said, the room facilities were awful especially the bathroom which appears to be out of maintenance for decades. Outdated electrical systems and poor lighting. Breakfast provided was very basic however the quality was ok.

Park Central Hotel is centrally located with huge parking area in front of the property. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are well maintained. Good food.

The property is located in Kaloor, a prime location in Cochin. The breakfast is also good. However, the room is not very clean and needs renovation as soon as possible.

Courteous smiling staff, Clean and neat premises with ample open car parking space. An hour's early chk in without any fuss impressed me ( depends on availability of room though) Nice room with all basic facilities and amenities as informed.... Clean room and rest room....Location : peaceful surrounding, accessible to metro and local bus stand in few minutes walk! I feel it surely is value for money!! Overall satisfied stay!! Was not able to taste their food so not able to comment on it!

Located in a serene area. Room was ok. The food at breakfast was tolerable but the buffet table top was crawling with tiny cockroaches. The person just swept it off the top with a napkin. This happened on all three days with the explanation that they had sprayed insecticide the previous night. Not sure why precautions were taken for storage of food items. The rooms were not replenished with toiletries or water and coffee/tea. Had to wait for 30 mins late in the night for getting the same and it happened on both days. Was told that the reception should be informed every morning, while leaving to replenish the same. After complaining on day 2, was called up in the middle of conference to explain my problem. A first experience of this kind in a private chain hotel. Even State run tourism hotels were better. Already shared

We reached their at 2:15 there was certain heavy voice in room due to work.so that we left room at 3 pm and return at 6.30pm. while giving a room the staff must be little more responsible and should taken care of the customer who is coming from far... we would like to point out good thing that the restaurant service and restaurant staff services were excellent..Quality and taste was amazing..We have taken Lunch Buffet dinner and complimentary breakfast from the restaurant and we will give 10/10
