Food is good and staff is very cooperative

Food and service here is excellent, room amenities are same as 3 star type. Bed linen and towels r clean, mattress n pillows r good, Washroom comode is NOT clean. Price is cheap. Location is good.

weather was cold and the AC remote was not working, it was set to 16 c, which made the room further cold, woke up with a sore throat

it was a quite good stay no disturbing nothing it is spacious clean and tidy would have been great if they had youtube netflix in the tv I didn't get hot water at night that's one of a cons rest of all I got a very good vibe there

Food is excellent, Location is OK, No Room Service.TV and Fridge are waste. No proper addressing of the issues. My complaint is against *MakeMyTrip*. While booking, it was mentioned that breakfast is included in the room tariff but while checking in only room was given.

Bed was not good to sleep and the Washroom was so conjusted other than the food available in restaurant it was bad. the food available is very good. the things they promised didn't deliver

Everything is going except hot water is not available, they are supplying in one bucket ,such a cold climate.moreover idly,vada,dosa available during breakfast only ,lunch and dinner all North Indian, chinese food , senior citizens like is we want to have light food like idly

There was no kettle for hot water No coffee/tea, milk & sugar sachets for making coffee When a guest came & he was with us for 1/2 an hour ,the receptionist raised objection which was very bad by any means He had not come to the room to take bath or use toilet neither to drink your water .he had come for just to meet us .This was the most ugly experience I had in your premices

Well connected with great food, but rooms need better lighting & airflow and airconditioner remote control did not work and the linen needs a fresh uplift....

Stay was very comfortable & we enjoyed the hospitality. Food @ night was extremely good. Morning breakfast was also good. Overall the hotel is excellent . The staff are very nice & accommodative. Thanks.
