Leela Inn is a decent place to stay with the Reception Desk being very helpful. The rooms are good though bathroom amenities provided by them could be better.Lastly, breakfast could be provided early.

I hardly stayed there for 3 hours had to leave. Location is Top notch no doubt. However here's my observations. There is no proper communication between and the hotel they don't pass the comment or things that they advertise like I checked in 10.30pm and asked if we could stay 2 hours longer as it mentioned on app guaranteed late check out guys said no. Then Bed was used they don't use washed bed sheets Toilet hand faucet was broken and just lying on the floor. Bathroom corners was filthy. Towels and waters was not placed before hand had to ask for it.

Overall experience was good, check in was smooth, given room was decent but not properly cleaned, there were junks underneath the sofa like bottle levels and dirts, bottle caps which might be the leftover by the previous guest using the room. Food options were very less. Room amenities like tooth brush toothpaste, water bottle were not given. AC TV like amenities were perfect. Washroom was clean enough. Checkout was smooth too. Hence a good experience.

The room was neat and clean. The service was very good. The staff was taking the request very respectfully and efficiently. The only issue was the toilet size was a little small but overall it's a good place to stay
