Room is good spacious and the amenities i the Room is satisfactory. TV is provided in the room but the set box is not activated. reported,they changed the set box but of no use. In your site amenities include mineral water but no mineral water. In your ad. it shows there is restaurant inside. no restaurant inside. I asked for a electrical kettle, they gave me one and after one hour they took it back to give for another customer. In short this hotel has got only rooms. Behaviour of the staff is satisfactory. They are very polite.

They charged me for a few hours early check-in. They initially said that i have to pay 1000 rupees. Later negotiated to 600 rupees. Took me 45 mins to get the early check-in support because of the negotiation. There are no ways available to reach them over the phone before getting to the hotel for the early checkin possibility. Their ivr number is not recognising my registration. But other than that i really liked the room service, ambience, comfort and everything.
