This is truly a nice place to stay..Good service..

Hotel management is asking for more money and demanding to stay in whatever room they are providing which is not the customer choice. My opinion is not to choose this hotel, I will never go to this hotel again.

Room size was 8X8 only. Lot of cockroach and pets was their. No cleaness. Room was different as shown on mmt. Wastage of time and money

Cheap & best for this price and location is good all buses are available & walkable distance to Metro station and very near to chennai Airport✈️

I asked early check in 3 hrs only my stay they denied ,I haven't used the booking called customer care couldn't help

Worst service. Booked a standard ac room and ac wasn't even working. Complained to the staff 5-6 times and they still didn't fix the problem. Instead they demanded more money and shifted us to a deluxe ac room. Otherwise they weren't doing anything. The deluxe room can't even be called deluxe. No flush in the washroom. No wash basin. No shower. No soap. Even the bedroom itself was cramped. And water quality also not good.

Very worst room, smells bad and not recommed for family, please don't consider this hotel for family,

My booking amount is 645 they are collecting extra 200 money

When we went for check in, they told us as there was flood in this hotel, they will give us rooms in another property. When we get there, named as t haj guest house, it was very low quality hotel and rooms were very small. No bedsheets, no proper beds, size of room was just 60-70 square feet. No proper toilets. No water in toilets, nothing. Most important, when one of us went to the booked hotel, there was bo flood issue but they allotted the rooms to other people. At the time of check out, they asked for more amount apart them we have paid!

Zero maintenance and horrible owner. Don't even think about choosing this hotel. Better go somewhere else.

Place is very bad, receptionalist is very bad, even though i payed for an entire day, they let me stay only for 5 hours. Terrible people, i was at the wrong time at the wrong place

Excellent room with good responses. Near marina anything gets easily around the shops. And water sources are great.

It's very good and clean also near to beach am feel happy to stayed there best for both solo and couples free wifi with tv

Hotel was good enough in budget, nice and clean, supportive staff. Very close to chennai central and marina.

The hotel is good if you stay alone but there is no car parking available bike can be parked in front of the hotel at your own risk. The hotel have good & clean rooms including toilets. Also have a very good wifi in rooms

It was actually a good hotel to stay for weeks. Location of the hotel have everything we food, beach, shopping etc. Space is very less in this room about the staff they are okay room was also neat i stayed here now around one week thank you make my trip and universal inn for providing me a good service

The flush was not working at all, i requested them to change the room, but they directly denied and asked to stay in the same room. Used pillow and bedsheet. Not a worth visit, i need a refund for this.
