“Unreliable Booking & Poor Communication – Avoid This Villa!”

familyThis is a well-structured review highlighting your experience. Here’s a refined version with a smoother flow: I booked this villa a month in advance for a stay during a family function nearby. A day before check-in, I called to confirm my booking, only to be informed by a staff member that my reservation had been canceled 10 days ago, supposedly communicated . However, I was never notified. Left stranded at the last minute, I had to frantically search for alternative accommodations. Since it was a muhurtham day, most nearby hotels were either fully booked or charging exorbitant rates. With no viable options, I contacted and explained the situation. Thankfully, they stepped in, arranged an alternative stay, and even covered the additional cost. I do not recommend this villa, as they lacked the basic courtesy to inform me about the cancellation in advance. Such unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when guests rely on confirmed bookings.
