Had a wonderful stay at Hanu Reddy Residency on Nawab Habibulla Road! The homestay had a warm and welcoming vibe with clean, spacious rooms and a calm atmosphere. The staff were courteous and always ready to help, making the experience feel personal and homely. The location was very convenient and peaceful, perfect for both relaxation and easy access around the city. Food was also very delicious. Truly felt like a home, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Chennai.

Lovely location. Calm , private, green . Close to many important destinations. Breakfast is not a buffet but made to order from a limited daily menu. Room was clean and oozed old world charm.

coupleHanu Reddy Residences, Thousand Lights, was a disappointing stay. It’s a small house with just one staff member, no car parking, and very poor quality overall. The place was full of mosquitoes, dusty, with shabby linens and shaky closets. Definitely not worth the money, Wouldn’t recommend it.

A good home-stay

coupleGreat location, it's a beautiful house in a quiet street, very close to nungambakkam and egmore. The property is well maintained. Pros - good location, nice house, neat, feels like a home-stay, friendly staff. Cons - parking limited to one car - while they do have a parking spot in a house down the same street, that is limited to two cars as well. You may have to park on the street (also, parking may be chargeable; while it says whole villa in what you occupy, you actually get a bedroom in the house. Overall - not suitable if you're looking for a hotel type of stay with all amenities, great if you're looking for a serviced apartment / home-stay.

soloHad a good time at ha-nu r eddy residences (nawab habibulla avenue) during our stay in seep 2023. The rooms were clean and the food was decent. However, had to specifically ask for toiletries as they were missing for use.
