Hanu Reddy Residences, Nawab Habibullah Avenue

The stay was very comfortable. Though it was a homestay without food, since another ha-nu residency is nearby we used order our food there and that was nicely given in our place, so we can have our food comfortably. The place is very near urban market place with big restaurants, cafe, departmental stores all in the vicinity.

The hannu r eddy residence is a wonderful place to stay in chennai with an ambience of staying at your own home. The supporting staffs are quite cordial and all very responsive. I do give a rating of 10/10 for the homestay.

Had a good time at ha-nu r eddy residences (nawab habibulla avenue) during our stay in seep 2023. The rooms were clean and the food was decent. However, had to specifically ask for toiletries as they were missing for use.

Lovely location. Calm , private, green . Close to many important destinations. Breakfast is not a buffet but made to order from a limited daily menu. Room was clean and oozed old world charm.

We stayed for 3 days and our overall experience is excellent. Rooms are very neat and clean and spacious. Hospitality is very good. What we liked the most is home like food.

Excellent facilities with value for money. We could get lunch and dinner sitting at home. The breakfast is excellent with lots of options to choose from.

Pleasant stay. I had a wonderful experience staying there but make my trip was costlier their tariff is only 4k plus taxes but mm t charged around 5k

Located at centre of chennai. Come for a check up in shankar netralaya and it was a nice stay. I would like stay again.
