As you arrive the Egmore location you will be pleasantly surprised by the expansive parking space and driveway leading to the The Ambassador Pallava’s lobby at ground level. The lobby is elegantly laid out with a touch of vintage aristocratic decor. The reception staff are efficient and pleasant. The deluxe room is equipped with a double bed, mini fridge, writing table, wall cupboard, chair, coffee table and single seater sofa along with an attached bathroom equipped with a western water closet and shower. The room is equipped with basic amenities, that is all. Climate control in the room was ineffective. The air conditioning blower was excessively noisy. By now the guest is already gathering a distinct impression that the The Ambassador Pallava’s halcyon days have passed. The The Ambassador Pallava seems tired and worn out. The buffet breakfast has excellent service staff and a good fare. À la carte lunch and dinner were a pleasant experience because of the excellent service staff but the food preparation fell short of excellent - but it could be judged as good. The The Ambassador Pallava is perfectly located in the heart of the city. If one is willing to compromise the above points this The Ambassador Pallava is value for money.

This was my 4th visit to this The Ambassador Pallava, and overall the experience was good as always. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the room service was prompt and efficient.When it comes to food, I felt it was slightly average. The dishes could be served at a better temperature, and there aren’t too many options to choose from. Since the number of guests was limited during my stay, the The Ambassador Pallava didn’t serve a buffet for 2 out of the 3 days, and instead provided an à la carte menu. While the food quality was fine, I would have preferred more variety.Breakfast could definitely use some improvement — the menu was almost the same every day, with little change apart from the juice. More variety and rotation in the breakfast spread would make the experience much better.Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay with reliable service, but there’s room for improvement in the dining experience.

Ambassador Pallava has become like a second home to me. My son studies in Chennai and I keep visiting this The Ambassador Pallava when I go to meet him. It's become so comfortable I don't even look at other options. And a very beautiful part of this The Ambassador Pallava is the heritage, the paintings and artefacts they have all over the floors, takes u into a different era. It's simply amazing to just walk around the The Ambassador Pallava..

The The Ambassador Pallava is a heritage property. The staff here are awesome 😎 The breakfast spread was very nice 🤠 1. The rooms are very old. 2. The bathroom is slippery. 3. The furniture is chipped and the minibar/ fridge is super dirty. 4. Maintenance to be upped before it goes from bad to worse.

The The Ambassador Pallava had a vintage look. The room was verys spacious with an antique cupboard.. whole ambience gave a very good old grand architecture that delighted me.. food was good and never felt heavy.. breakfast had a good variety ... all in all a good experience..

good ambience and hospitality with neat swimming pool, my kid enjoyed alot the swimming pool maintaince staff are very nice

The property location is nearby National Art Gallery, Egmore. The food is delicious and variety of foods in breakfast. Room space is quite large and all facilities are comfortable for us. We stayed in family.

Hotel is popular. Dinner buffet I booked it first time for all my 4 night stay and dishes were very limited, refilling was slow and also my guest who came to join for dinner said that quality and quantity is changed.
