Hotel Abu Palace

No cleaning in room, dinner which I should had never served. Every single item in breakfast was cold.

Very worst . There is no clean room. All room gate is not locking properly.there is no safety. There is no room service. There is a very bad breakfast. No cooperation from hotel management

Renovation is going on. they should close the hotel till the time renovation is complete.

Very bad experience worst in my life not want to come here again everything was worse and worse I suggest nobody go there

Very, very, very, very, very poor, never stay at this hotel. Such dirty bedroom and bathroom, the bed was filled with Hair. The bathroom was so dirty and the fixtures were broken. The sofa was so dirty. They have not even done the basic cleaning of the room. Hundred percent not recommended never go to this place, unless this is the only hotel available in the city.

Location is very good .Food is very bad .No cleanliness at all .Toilet and washrooms are in very bad conditions. Bed and Air conditioner was good .

Worst place to stay. The restroom had broken down toilets. No toiletries were provided. The room and bathroom were smelly. For the price there was no facilities provided

Plumping and electrical problem

I stayed in 127 room num nd there is 2 big rat in my room I called thrice on reception by nobody came

Food options &quality is not good. hotel is under renovation hence TV channels.other eminities in the room not available like,TV channesl wi fi ,no tea making machine ,lights ..etc

First of all it looks like they are renovating. the room was very tidy. no intercom in the room for any urgency. batgroom is very dirty water in closet is leaking continuously. sofa is not clean. door lock is getting opened even if it is locked. I didnt expect this from Abhu Palace. very disappointed .

This hotel was an absolute nightmare. The first room we were given was so disgusting that we had to request a switch, but the second room was just as bad. There were cockroaches crawling around, no electricity for hours, and the AC didn’t work at all. The bathroom had a horrible smell that made the entire stay unbearable. To make things worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and completely inconsiderate about our problems. In the end, we had to check out early because the conditions were impossible to tolerate. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

Everything was so bad room and washroom was very unhygienic even food was smelling bad and even the ac was not working.

The rooms were very bad. Moisture was there everywhere. Rooms were smelling very bad. Even cockroaches were there in the room. It was terrible stay. Everything was very old. Nothing was clean.
