Very negative experience in case of room cleanliness,service and other. I booked my room including my breakfast,but they denied this offer and I was totally collapsed and confused. Better to take any other rooms.

I booked a room for my brother and mother. Eventhough I needed room only for few hours I booked it for whole 24hrs so as to not cause any issues. They reached the hotel 5:30 in morning after a long and tiring train journey but they were DENIED CHECK IN because there was power at the hotel. There was no one at the reception and my brother had to search 10 minutes in the dark to find a man and he simply said he cannot checkin due to no power and went back to sleep. They were waiting in the dark for almost 1.5 hrs and no one helped. I eventually booked another room . I booked my room through MMT and I didn't get any support from them too. Please don't book any room here.

Waste experience

They charged extra for getting same room which I was booked. They are telling rooms are not available. I have paid extra for getting room. Room was not neat and staffs don't know how to behave with customers.

Worth for money . But in hot seasons try to take AC rooms. Booking through make my trip was really benefit for me . Ithe at the Center of the city therefore no problem for getting a cab oru auto even bus stop is very nearby .
