The room description given in the MMT App vs what we see is different. I wouldn't even pay anything for this. The moment I checked in and saw the room, I decided to move out immediately and called up the MMT Support to apprise them of the situation. My complaint is ongoing. Ideally this property has to be removed completely from the MMT App. It just doesn't even meet basic /hygene standards.

location of the property is the highlight. Maintenance and service works was carefully undertaken. Food was slightly hoghly priced. Room was at a Walkable/Close by distance to bus and metro station and a multiple malls for shopping nearby.

Here’s an even more detailed version: the rooms are in an appalling state, with cockroaches crawling everywhere. The mattress and pillows are covered in dust, creating an extremely unhygienic environment. This hotel is worse than any roadside accommodation i've encountered. I tried to cancel my reservation through the call center, but the system did not recognize my booking id, making it impossible to reach customer support. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I strongly urge you to remove this hotel from your listings or at least conduct thorough inspections before recommending it to other guests.

No facilities at all. Neither A:c nor TV working. Mosquito too much . Not even water provides . Bad sheets very dirty . Not suitable for family or even single person.

Room is not cleaned, bathroom shower not working, every-time need to remind reception for a/c power on, also terrible room service, worst forever.

The worst experience i have come across-ed ever. Rooms weren't clean. The staffs were so rude. After requesting to clean the rooms for multiple times they never listened the rooms were same from the beginning and to the end. U hygienic and smelly. I would never suggest any one to go to the room anytime now and in the future. I want to give 0 rating since 1 is minimum i am giving it. I don't have pictures

There is a very terrible communication between app and hotel. They are not able to hold reservations and when customer reachs the place they just leave them by saying no room available. They don't care to re-book somewhere

The booking was accepted, but the time of checking, the hotel manager is saying they are not accepting the booking. At evening 7 pm i don't choice to accept a direct booking paid, another full amount. The hotel was very poor service, badly maintained, toilet was not clean, flesh wash not working. All the furniture was not cleaned. I have to stay because i am very tired of finding another hotel at 7 pm after a hectic work day. I need a full refund.

Very small rooms with cockroaches and bed bugs, bedsheets with blood stains and hair all over. The bathroom is not clean with a dirty closet and washbasin. I booked for 3 days, but had to run off the 2nd day itself and couldn't stay over the night

When i opened the room it was full of small cockroaches and big ones everywhere. Even on the bed. Later i went and complained about the service, they gave me another room. There was no difference. Even the bathroom was stinking. And everywhere cockroaches. Not even cleaned and and worst service ever.

After paying money the hotel denied room said no rooms please refund my money. Location was very difficult hotel staff very unpleasant refund or have to go legal or to media

Worst ever experience i have made here, no tv, water problem is huge, ambience is too bad, didn't expect this much rude. They are asking extra money from the people who are booked it and they did not even allow me to checking till the money payment. The room is also not even properly cleaned having dusty beds as well.

As we reached the hotel the guy at the reception said there was no room and kept arguing about the fact that we have the wrong booking. when We said we would report this that’s when he said let him check if any rooms are available and then he can alot. after Checking for a min he said rooms were available and only after that we got our rooms. this one of the worst hotel and staff ever. Pls do not book rooms here.

The washroom was very dirty and even after asking them to clean they did not clean it. Also i had already paid full booking amount but he was asking for more money which was ridiculous.

The room was full of cockroaches and other insects which come out at night
