Not worth for the money | Hygiene concerns

I initially booked a Deluxe Room with a King-size bed, but was instead graciously offered a Standard Room with twin beds—because clearly, "Deluxe" and "Standard" must mean the same thing here. When I raised this with the receptionist, I was informed (rather nonchalantly) that rooms are subject to availability. Fair enough—except I was also assured that I’d be moved to the correct room the following day. Spoiler alert: that didn’t happen either. As if the downgrade wasn’t enough, the hygiene standards were equally impressive—in the worst possible way. The washroom was dusty on arrival and, despite expectations, remained that way well into the second day. One can only wonder if there’s a floor supervisor on duty—or if that’s just another mythical position like “Deluxe Room with King Bed.” To put it mildly, the experience fell significantly short of what one would expect at the price they’re charging. If you're looking to pay premium rates for subpar service and dusty washrooms, this might just be your place.

Rooms were nice although the bathrooms were very small. But the blanket was visibly dirty and there were insects in the room. Cockroach and some other insect was there in the room. Even the breakfast has limited menu options. Not that great.

One of worst hotel experience we had in Chennai.We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nightin one room there were lots of cockroaches.Inspite of complain front desk told that we had done pest control still there were cockroaches

The property is very poorly maintained. Everything, from furniture to the doors to the floor, lifts etc. everything is ancient & unkept. The breakfast food quality is pathetic. The taste was so horrible that i had to leave my meal after 5 mins of grabbing the plate. I asked for a blow dryer to dry my hair but was welcomed by a family of cockroaches which were residing inside the said blow dryer, which i noticed after i was back from the shower. I booked this hotel for 2 days but left after the first night. I lost my money that i paid for the second night but coudn’t take the risk.
