Already given my feedback to Hotel..Services is pathetic when asked for basic toiletries they behave as if don't care what you want. Also when I requested for Smoking room, they bluntly said it's not all possible & their attitude was like if you want stay then else pls go away.

The staff were not accommodating at all . Made a small mistake for the check in name and they said they can't allow stay at property . Wasted the amount paid for the room .

Overall, it was a good stay for me, except for the poor car parking.

Nice and quiet room, with good sleep quality bed. Breakfast is very good with lots of choices. Hotel premises in pretty quiet and no noise at all. Car parking arrangements are very poor. They insist I handover my car keys to them, so that they can move around, which I am not comfortable with.
