The room was not a president suite at all, the furniture was like a 2 star hotel, the fridge was stinking. They not even provided welcome drink to us. The food was cold even when we ordered for dine it the pizza and sandwich was not fresh at all, the food was terrible. Our room was not clean at arrival, there were not proper toiletries. Means my whole mood was upset they Not at all a 5 star stay. The house keeper didn't change the bedsheet and not even he changed the towels.

Very poor experience! The room was dirty, air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the staff was rude when I asked for help. The food quality was below average, and overall hygiene was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The food served was pathetic.. Insects found in food.. Stale food served.. Food preservation method was very bad.. The full hotel was having a smell of rainy weather.. totally humid smell in hotel. On complaining they said the property is 22 years old..

I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The hotel is situated in a prime, centralized location, which made commuting very convenient. The food was delicious, and the breakfast, in particular, was quite enjoyable. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained.
