The hotel is situated in a very good area where you will get all the necessities in nearby places. However, i found this to be an average because of following reasons - always leaking taps in the washroom - room staff is good no doubt but they wake up late so i could not go on my morning walk - no telephone in the room to contact the reception so you have to go personally to them for any requests - no strong wifi, it was getting disconnected every now and then and the signal was poor even when connected - curtains were broken i guess no regular maintenance is conducted - their staff rooms are always open my room was just next to them. Its a bit awkward if u stay with your family as they have their undergarmets being tied for getting dry

Not recommended bathroom was very small and leaking from geyser as well from washbasin and other places. Raining water was coming inside the bedroom pot was also not properly clean

No maintenance; bad service

1. The rooms are good and big but thee-re is no maintenance at all. The toilet/bathroom is not clean enough. Flush on the toilet does not work properly and you have to pour water with a bucket. There are water scales everywhere which makes a very bad sight. Despite having a good property they are not able to utilize properly.

1. even after making request of early check, my early check-in was denied and they made me pay ₹500 for early check-in.hotel was not open at 8am in morning.i have to wait 15 mins knocking on the door.room was dirty, toilets dirty, towels and bedsheet provided were dirty.pathetic servicestrictly not recommended

worst reception and toilets

It was horrible experience as we have booked 2 different rooms staring one guest names for each room as other two members was not fixed for our tour. this hotel has charged us extra 1000/- rupees against guests accompanied with us whose only names were not mentioned while booking. against the amount we paid for 2 double rooms also toilets were in bad conditions. rooms were ordinary and upholstery was dirty.
