Room was not maintained bed and washroom was not upto the mark also room was having bed smell

All the facilities is very good quality and staff aslo very good also help for the people

Location is very near to the SG road . Room was good. Overall stay was nice.

Room was decent and average in size. Food is good. Scope for improvement in service. (No electric kettle and iron, softdrink is served in Rs. 10 bottle that too without an opener) Behaviour of the staff is good.

Poor manners to talk with customers. Rooms are not clean. First they always give bad room and when you ask for good room than only they provide better rooms. And that Nepali girl don’t have manners to talk with customers

Poor room cleaning and poor communication with customers the don’t have manners how to deals with customers. And that Nepali girl have over attitude and she’s don’t know how to talk with customers.

Not a single room service was on time... Food delivery terrible...people working in shifts blame other people for not getting the work done... To pricey for meagre services... Not recommended..

I stayed for three nights during a business trip. Even though I’m a non-vegetarian, I found the vegetarian food surprisingly delicious and satisfying. The rooms were clean, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the staff were friendly too. The hotel’s peaceful environment made it easy to focus on work. Overall, a comfortable stay and a good option for business travelers.

The hotel is in good location for patient treatment at Shalby Hospital. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is large size with sufficient hot and cold water supply. Breakfast is good quality and taste. The spread is not vast but good enough for supple meal

Its jst name sack hotel they run monthly basis pg in vacant rooms and very pathetic rooms and totally opposite of shown .staff is also ok ok type.

It is a decent place to come and stay if hotel stay is not your primary objective. Good staff and overall hygienic facilities.
