Overall good ambience and stay was wonderful although this is completely veg restaurant.The food was still fine.

It was horrible experience I had book the hotel with breakfast inclusive and they denied to serve breakfast to us also I was not given the super deluxe room it was a base category room and the room was ver untidy bathroom was bad no proper jet and also the staff was extremely unfriendly and rude

We had booked a super delux room for 2 adults and 2 children. When they didn't have that available at the time of check-in, they offered us 2 rooms under the same booking to compensate for the same. However, when we went out to explore the city, they called us and asked us to vacate one room as our booking was of only one room. So, it was an unpleasant experience overall with no support in their mess up.

The hotel is at a prime location. The ambience is superb. Property is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. Room service, the cleaning staff everybody is helpful.. The food is good along with the variety in the bf menu. Nice to meet Mr. Tushar Vyas Ji. Very gentle Man. All in all was a very good stay

Perfect location if you want to stay near Sindhu Bhavan. One stop away from Thaltej Metro. Easy access for transportation via App Cab.

I asked for cancellation of booking. Email sent to you no reply from you but your asking for feedback. I paid for 3 person stay, 1 had a unforeseen mishap couldn't come. We were 2 person staying throughout. No help given by mytrip. Nowhere could we find your customer care number. So please arrange for refund at your earliest.

Good. Early check in and check out. Rooms can be better. Housekeeping is good as well. Food is average. Does the job though

Location is good especially if one has work in that area. The food is reasonable. Service is good and staff is hospitable. The overall experience is nothing out of the ordinary.
