Grand Mercure, Ahmedabad Gift City An Accor Hotel

Firstly, as we enter the Grand mercure property the ambience is outstanding. Secondly , the staff is very helpful and supportive. I would like to mention staff named Laxmi for helping us out with the restaurant and food. Her service was really great. Lastly, the ammenities of the rooms were higher than expected. So overall I highly would recommend people to stay at this hotel .

Late night service was late and welcome drink or check in check out service also needs improvement and car pass for car parking is late

The rooms were very clean, the food was very good, the location was also very good, perfect. The service was very good and the staff was also very friendly.

Had a great stay, was a repeat for me so things were pretty much same as expected. The tooms are big enough and has all required amenities. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The buffet bfast and dinner had a pretty enough spread. Not too many choices for non-veg for dinner though maybe keeping in mind the festival season, but what was in offer was very tasty. Standout was the support, they have a time limit of 10:30 pm for the dinner buffet, we almost reached during closing time, they still allowed us to njoy the buffet and served us way past the buffet time. Hats off to them for this gesture.

Property are good & clean, food was so delicious, location was perfact for my work, facilities are very good, my experienc for this property all over good next I want further stay at next trip.

Great hospitality. Room was full pf amenities plus the property had lot of services available. The valet and housekeeping staff were very helpful and cooperative. The management staff were very professional and welcoming.

The property is good, well maintained, rooms are net and clean the problem was they have merged single bed into double bed which doesn't make fill comfortable

We had a wonderful one-day anniversary stay. The room was cozy, service warm, and the swimming pool experience unforgettable. Perfect short getaway, making our special day truly memorable. Highly recommended!

The facility Had excellent breakfast and god variety of cuisines, live counter had prepared everything as per the likings. The pool and room amenities were spick and span. Rooms had a nice view and lavish interior

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. For a property that claims to be 5-star, Grand Mercure Ahmedabad Gift City completely failed on every front.

Worst experience of any 5 star property, worst clearness even towel are also not proper, washroom essentials are also not proper avoid visiting this property if you have other options in same budget.
